The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate in Dubai to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and quality in every guest interaction, maintaining high cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service.
Take, process, and accurately fulfill food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and workstations.
Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Support opening, closing, inventory, and general operational duties.
Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
