Responsibilities

Take, process, and accurately fulfill food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and workstations.
Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Support opening, closing, inventory, and general operational duties.
Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
