Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive to support planning and execution of marketing activities across multiple properties within the cluster. The role assists in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all marketing channels.

In this fast-paced, multi-property environment you will coordinate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Operations, and other teams;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or similar role preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or multi-property environment advantageous.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and marketing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments, properties, agencies, and external partners.
• Familiarity with design and content creation tools an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across cluster properties.
• Coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
• Assist in creating and managing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and partners.
• Support promotion of property offerings including accommodation, F&B outlets, events, experiences, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain marketing calendars and track campaigns, promotions, events, and content deadlines.
• Assist with social media management including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain cluster-wide consistency.
• Support shoots, events, activations, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website activity, and prepare reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain a library of marketing assets (photos, videos, artwork, presentations, promotional materials).
• Assist with administrative requirements such as purchase requests, supplier coordination, invoices, and budgeting.
• Work with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Operations, and other departments to support objectives.
