Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse or last mile is preferred but not essential
• Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of hitting KPI targets such as pick times
• Reliability with attendance and punctuality
• Leadership experience and ability to train others

Responsibilities

• Lead your site team and collaborate with site management to meet company objectives
• Supervise order picking to meet time targets and packaging SLAs
• Ensure SOPs are followed and coach the team for compliance
• Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders
• Oversee dispatch and ensure accurate handover of orders to riders
• Maintain stock accuracy, inventory control and proper stock rotation
