Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property tours highlighting key features, amenities and potential benefits for new residents
• Educate residents on the proper use and maintenance of home systems, appliances and safety features to ensure a smooth transition
• Provide personalized guidance on local resources, community services and neighborhood attractions to help residents integrate effectively
• Develop and deliver engaging informational sessions covering topics such as lease agreements, building policies and emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification or formal training in customer service or property management.
• Additional certification in real estate sales, customer experience management, or home staging.
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service, real estate, or property management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed property walkthroughs, coordinate appointments, and manage handover processes.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM or property management software, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, sales, developers' customer happiness teams).
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and scheduling software to manage appointments and daily reports.
• Skill in preparing detailed daily reports and using digital tools to capture customer feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive client experience during handover.
