• Present menus, provide detailed information, and offer thoughtful recommendations upon request.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with the cashier to generate KOTs, and input order details into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic dining area, including tables, service stations, and surrounding zones.
• Process guest payments and issue accurate receipts.

Requirements
