Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B service professional to join our team. You will prepare tables, manage stock, and take guest orders with a focus on guest satisfaction and menu knowledge.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and management, upselling promotions, and ensuring guest areas stay immaculate during events and daily service. Previous high-volume restaurant experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in F&B service or hospitality.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest interaction.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks, people and supplies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Demonstrated advanced service skill in guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and polish cutlery before and during service.
• Monitor stock and supplies, report shortages.
• Know menus thoroughly and assist with F&B outlets.
• Take guest orders and explain menu options.
• Coordinate with management and kitchen staff on orders.
• Upsell food and beverages and promote promotions.
• Ensure guest areas are clean and well-presented.
• Handle payments and closure paperwork if required.
• Respond to special guest requests with attentiveness.
