Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout dining experience.
• Take, process, and serve food and beverage orders accurately per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, promotions, and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly; support service recovery as needed.
• Keep outlets clean, prepared, and aligned with brand standards.
• Process bills and payments following cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, and hotel teams for seamless service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
