• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedback.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Follow correct billing, cash-handling, and payment procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, ingredients, and hotel facilities.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening, closing, banquets, and special events.
• Report guest concerns, maintenance issues, and stock shortages to the supervisor.
