Job summary

Azizi Developments in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and deliver high-energy training programs for large real estate sales teams. You will design modules on projects, pricing, CRM, and closing techniques for an audience of 100–150 participants.

The role requires a proven track record as a Sales/Real Estate Trainer within a developer environment, exceptional presentation and crowd management skills, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Mandatory previous experience as a Sales Trainer/Real Estate Trainer with a real estate developer.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate developer environment, property market, projects, sales processes, and customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive real estate sales training programs for new and existing Sales employees.
• Independently conduct classroom and auditorium-style training sessions for an average audience of 100–150 participants.
• Deliver engaging, interactive, and high-energy sessions while effectively managing large groups.
• Conduct new-joiner sales induction and onboarding programs.
• Deliver detailed training on projects, product knowledge, pricing, payment plans, USPs, inventory, promotions, and competitor positioning.
• Train Sales teams across the complete real estate sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, customer engagement, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
