Object 1, a Dubai-based real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training for our growing team.

You will create engaging materials, coordinate with Sales and HR, and ensure training aligns with project launches and market developments in the Dubai real estate sector.

The role requires fluent English, strong presentation skills, and the ability to motivate large groups in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our Real Estate Development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new Sales Department joiners.
• Conduct product, sales, and company induction training for new employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
• Train sales teams on company projects, products, USPs, market positioning, and sales techniques.
• Conduct role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks to ensure new joiners are sales-ready.
• Identify training needs and continuously improve the sales training process.
• Monitor the performance and development of employees during and after onboarding.
• Work closely with Sales Management and HR to align training programs with business and sales objectives.
• Keep training content up to date with changes in projects, products, market trends, and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Training Manager / Sales Trainer role within a real estate development company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and developer sales processes.
• Experience training and onboarding sales teams, particularly new joiners.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Ability to create engaging and structured training programs from scratch.
• Confident public speaker with the ability to motivate and engage large groups.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
