Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer (Heavy Trucks) to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on developing new business, promoting heavy trucks to corporate clients and fleet operators, managing relationships, and hitting sales targets.

You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with customers to close deals while staying informed about market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in heavy truck sales or commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE heavy truck market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Promote and sell heavy trucks to corporate clients, fleet operators and other potential customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Heavy Truck Sales division.
