Job summary

Al Marwan Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer – Heavy Trucks to expand our corporate client base and fleet operator network. You will promote heavy trucks, prepare quotations, and drive sales opportunities to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in heavy truck or commercial vehicle sales, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a solid understanding of the UAE market. An UAE driving license and English proficiency are required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in heavy truck or commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE heavy truck market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Promote and sell heavy trucks to corporate clients, fleet operators, and other potential customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Heavy Truck Sales division.
