Job summary

King’s College Hospital Dubai seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead RCM deployment across Dubai locations from initiation to hyper care. This role reports to the Director of Technology and coordinates NABIDH onboarding, DHA approvals, and complex payer integrations.

You will manage data migration, testing, training, and go-live, steering committees, and executive briefings while ensuring DHA compliance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years progressive project management experience in healthcare IT implementations.
• 5-7 years managing RCM system implementation projects in hospital settings with proven go-lives.
• 3-5 years project delivery experience in Dubai healthcare sector with Dubai project experience.
• Proven experience deploying healthcare systems in Dubai with DHA regulatory approval and NABIDH integration.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM system deployment planning and execution across KCH Dubai locations.
• Coordinate NABIDH onboarding, DHA onboarding application, HL7 interface development and testing.
• Oversee Dubai payer integration projects and data migration activities.
• Coordinate go-live activities, user access provisioning, and production monitoring.
• Engage C-suite with project status updates and steering committee presentations.
• Manage vendor performance, budgets, and SLAs throughout implementation.
