The role requires a strong network in UAE healthcare, fluent English and Arabic, and proven success in healthcare sales or business development. You will build strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and expand the company’s footprint

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Sales / Business Development.
• Existing network with hospitals, clinics and physicians preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English & Arabic communication skills preferred/required.
• Experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, Medical Billing or Healthcare Technology is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance billing processes.

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare RCM Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive the growth of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services in the UAE healthcare market.The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals and medical groups, presenting end-to-end RCM solutions, generating new business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
