Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences in the UAE seeks a Solution Engineer for the Fusion Applications focused Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence. You will combine industry knowledge with Oracle SaaS expertise to shape solution roadmaps and demonstrate measurable business value for customers across the Middle East.

Based in the UAE with travel across the Middle East, this hybrid role involves customer engagements, regional collaboration, and office work while advancing Oracle Fusion SCM/HCM/EPM capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable cloud solutions.
• Experience in broader supply chain portfolio: Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, PLM, Inventory, Maintenance, Logistics.
• End-to-end supply chain design and network optimisation experience.
• Experience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX desirable.
• Hands-on AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable embedded AI in SaaS.
• Enterprise architecture design with Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities.
• Recommend relevant, innovative solutions using Health & Life Sciences expertise.
• Ensure customers’ business requirements are understood and addressed.
• Present and articulate value of Oracle SaaS SCM to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor via workshops and engagements.
• Drive growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications.
• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Develop skills across Oracle SaaS SCM to ERP/EPM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Understand the competitive landscape and address objections.
