Job summary

DAG Group seeks an experienced Oracle ERP consultant to lead Fusion Cloud implementations across Financials, Procurement, SCM, and Order Management in the UAE market.

You will collaborate with partners and business stakeholders to map processes, validate solutions, and support post‑go‑live activities including AMS, data migration, and reporting across BIP OTBI FRS and DV dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong hands-on functional experience in minimum 3 Oracle Fusion modules, preferably Financials, Procurement, SCM, Order Management, or Supply Planning.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion AMS / post-go-live support.
• Hands-on exposure to OIC integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and transaction reprocessing.
• Knowledge of BIP, OTBI, FRS, SQL/PLSQL , and Oracle Fusion reporting.
• Familiarity with VBCS, OAF, BPM, OCI , and Oracle PaaS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration troubleshooting.
• Exposure to UAE VAT, e-Invoicing (Peppol/PINT-AE), and corporate tax.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with HR/Payroll or financial systems.
• Experience in automotive, distribution, retail, or multi-entity/multi-country environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion Financials Procurement Order Management, SCM Execution and Supply Planning.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Oracle implementation partner and business stakeholders.
• Manage post-go-live AMS incidents, service requests, SLAs, quarterly releases and system health checks.
• Oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Support integrations with Focus X, ZingHR, Basikon, Mambu and UAE e-Invoicing platforms.
• Manage Oracle PaaS technologies including OIC, VBCS, OAF, BPM and OCI.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS and Oracle DV reports and dashboards.
• Support Oracle Fusion security roles and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, e-Invoicing, Peppol, PINT-AE and corporate tax requirements.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation, SOPs, training materials and management dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Certification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline . Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in Financials, SCM, or Procurement is preferred.
