Job summary

Infosys leads Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud engagements from design through deployment, partnering with business and technical teams to optimize procurement processes and drive best-practice adoption.

The role demands strong functional expertise across Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Inventory, and PIM, with a focus on delivering large-scale cloud transformations in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud functional consultant.
• Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations in UAE or Middle East region.
• Must work onsite from Client office in Dubai all 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and document procurement business processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud best practice solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, and solution design documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, reports, workflows, and custom extensions.
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing scenarios.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions and prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support cutover planning, deployment activities, go-live readiness assessments, and hyper care support.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, approval governance, and audit requirements.
• Assess the impact of Oracle quarterly updates and participate in regression testing activities.
• Advise clients on procurement process optimization, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Projects, Security, Integration, and Reporting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a trusted functional advisor to stakeholders and drive successful adoption of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions.

Job Description

Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant should have excellent functional expertise on modules of Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Inventory and PIM.

Your role

In the role of a Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant you will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams to implement best practices and optimize procurement processes across the organization.

The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, business process knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
