Job summary

Mediclinic Dubai Mall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Patient Administration Supervisor to oversee patient administration, insurance and billing operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient administration, medical insurance, billing and cash-up at the clinic.
• Lead and manage a team of Patient Administrators.
• Support the department or business unit manager with operational management.
• Maintain high customer service standards and improve patient service quality.
