Key Responsibilities

• Service Supervision Leads the service team during shifts ensuring smooth coordination timely order delivery and adherence to service standards Monitors the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient workflow
• Upselling and Product Knowledge Maintains thorough knowledge of the menu daily specials and promotions Encourages upselling of food and beverages to enhance guest experience and maximize sales

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue, with at least 1 2 years in a senior role. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, dining etiquette, and POS systems. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
