Position Overview

We are looking for Head of Training Institute for Telecomm Sector in UAE. We seek an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of telecommunications training programs in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the institute's growth, strategic direction, and excellence in providing high-quality training services to industry professionals.

Candidate must have knowledge of KHDA Inspection, NCRs, etc., and other statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with industry stakeholders.

• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and laws relevant to the telecommunications sector in the UAE.
• Experience with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and other digital tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma are desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with a training institute or organization in the UAE or internationally.
• Fluency in multiple languages including Arabic, English, and one other language spoken in the UAE.
• Experience with online training platforms and e-learning solutions.
