Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the centers vision strategy and overall operations.
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA ACTVET and relevant UAE regulatory authorities.
• Design develop and secure accreditation for vocational training programs aligned with market needs.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with government bodies corporates and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee faculty trainers and administrative staff to ensure high performance and student success.
• Drive student enrollment retention and employability outcomes.
• Monitor budgets resources and operational efficiency of the center.
• Implement quality assurance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in vocational education training management or a similar leadership role.
