Job summary

BEEAH Group in United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior Sales Operations leader to optimize the end-to-end customer sales journey across real estate developments. You will drive CRM governance, broker management, and process excellence to ensure compliant, customer-centric delivery.

You will lead teams across Sales Operations, CRM, and Administration while aligning with finance and regulatory standards to maximize revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or real estate sales operations.
• 10–12 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or Commercial Operations in real estate or financial services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations and digital transformation is advantageous.
• Certifications in Salesforce, CRM, Project Management or Lean Six Sigma are desirable.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations, CRM governance, sales administration, documentation management, and broker management.
• Oversee CRM (Salesforce) governance, lead management, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Standardize the sales lifecycle: EOI, reservations, bookings, KYC/AML, SPA, collections, contracts, and handovers.
• Manage inventory controls, pricing governance, and contract compliance.
• Oversee broker onboarding, accreditation, performance monitoring, and commission management.
• Coordinate with Finance on collections, payment tracking, revenue realization.
• Drive digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and AML/KYC requirements.
