Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in real estate developer sales operations, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven experience within the Dubai/UAE real estate development market is essential, including exposure to off-plan sales.
• Demonstrated track record managing large sales inventories, broker networks, and multi-project operations.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho) and advanced Excel/data reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build and interpret sales funnels and collections trackers.
• Strong working knowledge of DLD processes including Oqood, escrow, title deeds, and off-plan sales law.
• Operational leadership capable of managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales desk across active and pipeline projects, ensuring accurate reservations and bookings.
• Own end-to-end sales process map from enquiry to handover with clear owners and turnaround times.
• Administer CRM data integrity, access, and automation of reservation-to-contract workflows.
• Standardise and maintain sales documentation templates (SPAs, forms, addenda, payment schedules).
• Operate collections tracker and coordinate with Finance on overdue accounts and restructuring.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly sales operations reports and cash forecasts for leadership.
