Job summary

Devmark in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Operations professional to align the Sales division with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Central Operations. You will drive process improvements, optimize CRM usage, and ensure clear information flows across the business.

The role targets candidates with extensive Real Estate development experience, especially in Sales Operations, who can lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Real Estate development with 3–4 years in Sales/Commercial Operations.
• Strong CRM and lead management experience (Salesforce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central operational link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR and Central Operations.
• Manage communication and rollout of project launches, incentives and key updates.
• Review and improve sales processes, policies and SOPs across the division.
• Map and optimise broker and buyer journey from contact to completion.
• Prepare internal documentation including memorandums and incentive documents.
• Provide hands-on support to Sales and Sales Administration teams.
• Oversee lead management, broker and buyer registration processes and CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Directors of Sales and Team Leads to improve pipeline processes.
