Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC is seeking a Senior Executive Officer (SEO) to lead growth, profitability, and strategic development in a high-caliber DIFC-regulated environment. The role requires CFA/CA/MBA or equivalent and hands-on experience with wealth management and investment advisory leadership.

The SEO will own end-to-end P&L, drive revenue growth, oversee governance and risk, and collaborate with the CEO and board on strategic direction across multi-country operations.

Qualifications

• CFA, CA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5-7 years in wealth management or related field with strong sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and advisory team.
• Own overall commercial performance and profitability, P&L responsibility.
• Manage end-to-end P&L including revenue, expenses, margins, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, revenue forecasts and targets with the CEO.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, retention and market expansion.
• Balance growth with governance, risk, and client suitability.
• Strengthen relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Support the CEO/Board in defining and executing strategic directions.
