Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business development in banking, financial asset management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• MBA or CFA qualifications are highly preferred.
• Strong network within UAE HNW family offices and investors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire Private Wealth (HNW/UHNW) funds from family offices and other wealth sources.
• Develop and manage relationships with a diverse client base to grow AUM.
• Source new clients and present tailored asset‑management solutions.
• Oversee onboarding and due diligence to ensure DFSA compliance and accurate records.
• Develop and present a business case within the first 6 months of employment.
