Job summary

FH Capital is seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to shape the firm’s strategic vision and drive growth across digital and investment capabilities in the UAE. You will lead the digital transformation of wealth management and build scalable client journeys, platforms, and analytics.

The role requires 15–20 years of leadership in investment banking, wealth management, or FinTech, with a proven track record in product development, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement within the UAE

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
CFA Charterholder strongly preferred.
SCA certification as Investment Manager or Financial Analyst is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the company’s strategic roadmap, including expansion into FinTech, Tokenization, and Cryptocurrencies.
Strengthen the company’s reputation, operational resilience, and financial sustainability.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s business development initiatives, including capital raising, strategic alliances, and product innovation.
Drive growth of the company’s assets under management (AUM) and ensure sustained profitability.
Lead the end-to-end digital transformation of the wealth management business, working with internal stakeholders and external tech partners.
Drive the execution of digital client journeys, from onboarding through investment management to servicing and engagement.
