Job summary

FWD Group Management Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Executive Officer (DIFC) & HNW Distribution Lead in Dubai. The role combines regulatory leadership with high-impact distribution responsibilities across private banks, brokers and family offices to drive APE and VNB growth in the Middle East.

You will act as the DFSA-mandated SEO for the DIFC entity, ensuring governance, compliance and licensing readiness, while leading commercial production and partner onboarding through a scaled Dubai team.

Qualifications

• Senior HNW/UHNW life insurance, wealth management or private-banking leader.
• DFSA fit-and-proper credentials — ideally approval for a DIFC-regulated firm.
• 10–15 years’ relevant experience, with 5+ years in distribution leadership.
• UAE residency or willingness to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the HNW distribution strategy and business plan for the Middle East.
• Own delivery of APE and VNB targets, pipeline and margins, reporting to Head of Distribution.
• Personally originate key partner relationships and build the Dubai distribution team.
