Job summary

Emerald Zebra on behalf of our client, a well-established multi-asset CFD trading broker, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the UAE region from Dubai. You will own regional revenue, set the sales strategy, and oversee a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue quality across UAE, GCC and MENA, develop partnerships with introducing brokers, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with CMA/DFSA rules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales within FX/CFD brokerage.
• 5+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets with evidence.
• Established network across UAE, GCC and MENA.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment (CMA/DFSA).
• Stable career history and clear progression.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team including onboarding.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue quality across segments.
• Build and manage partnerships with IBs and BD channels.
• Monitor performance and adapt to keep targets on track.
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, risk, and ops to sustain growth.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and report progress.

Role overview

We are looking for a senior sales leader to own regional revenue You will set the sales strategy lead the team and be accountable for client acquisition retention and revenue quality This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to senior management with a strong focus on partnerships and team performance

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional sales strategy revenue targets and forecasting
• Lead coach and develop the sales team including hiring onboarding and performance management
• Drive client acquisition retention and revenue quality across client segments
• Build and manage strategic partnerships introducing brokers and business development channels
• Monitor sales performance and conversion ratios against targets and act quickly where the team is off track
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new markets and opportunities
• Work closely with marketing compliance risk and operations to keep growth sustainable
• Ensure the team operates in line with UAE regulatory requirements
• Report to senior management on pipeline performance and market developments

Required skills and experience

• 10 or more years in sales within FX and CFD brokerage, with a multi-asset product background
• 5 or more years leading a sales team in the industry
• A long, stable career with meaningful tenure at previous employers and clear progression
• A proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with quantified results you can evidence
• An established network and track record of partnerships across the UAE, GCC and MENA
• Working knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment, including the CMA and DFSA
• Strong familiarity with trading platforms and the CFD product set
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, with the credibility to represent the firm at senior level
