Job summary

Neex Securities LLC is seeking a Head of Sales to lead regional sales strategy across target markets, building and guiding high-performing teams to achieve sustainable growth.

You will drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue while developing relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in FX/CFD.
• 2+ years leading and building sales teams.
• Experience entering, developing, and scaling markets.
• Strong understanding of Forex/CFD, financial services, and regulatory environments.
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership, and cross-functional communication.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
• Existing client/IB/Affiliate network in target market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional sales and business growth strategies.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, net deposits, trading volume, and revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with IBs, Affiliates, institutional clients, and partners.
• Identify new market and business opportunities.

• Represent Neex at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience in the FX/CFD industry
• 2+ years of experience managing and building sales teams
• Proven experience entering, developing, and scaling markets
• Strong understanding of Forex/CFD, financial services, and regulatory environments
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Existing client, IB, Affiliate, or industry network in the target market is a strong advantage
