Job summary

808Labs seeks a Revenue and Monetization leader to shape Getti’s pricing, subscription tiers, and paywall strategy for the UAE market, with expansion plans for Saudi Arabia. You will determine revenue models, oversee forecasts, and align with product and engineering to maximize profitable growth while maintaining a strong free experience.

You will drive affiliate programs, merchant commissions, and retention initiatives, building dashboards and reporting to track unit economics, churn, and ARPU.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning revenue or monetization outcomes in a consumer app, marketplace or e-commerce.
• Strong analytics skills including cohort/retention analysis and pricing experiments.
• Fluency with product analytics tools and SQL or spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Define Getti's revenue model and rollout sequence for UAE then Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain revenue plan, forecast, and targets.
• Design subscription tiers, pricing, trials, and renewal offers.
• Define paywall, conversion flows and messaging in English and Arabic.
