Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Analyst in the Strategy & Commercial team to own decisive workstreams from question to action. You will combine data analysis, market research, and frontline conversations to unlock revenue growth and optimize pricing across Bayut and Dubizzle marketplaces.

You will build analytical models, test hypotheses, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership, partnering with vertical leads, revenue operations, and the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, economics or engineering discipline.
• Strong data fluency with Excel, SQL and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, marketplaces or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic workstreams and translate ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Build data models and dashboards to quantify revenue and pricing impact.
• Collaborate with pricing, commercial and sales teams to drive growth.
• Deliver insights with clear storytelling and defend the numbers to leadership.
