Job summary

GoSats in Dubai is seeking a senior monetisation leader to own the revenue across all monetisation lines and to drive large-scale commercial deals with brand partners, aggregators, banks and asset partners. You will own pricing, unit economics and new revenue lines, including funds, insurance and credit, while growing ARPU across a broad user base.

You will work closely with founders, maintain board-adjacent visibility, and shape the monetisation architecture in a high-growth consumer fintech

Qualifications

Own revenue P&L across monetisation lines.
Negotiate and manage economics with brand partners, aggregators, banks and asset partners.
Work with regulated products in India and understand partner needs.
Operate hands-on at startup scale and build models independently.
Interpret cohorts, take rates and contribution margins without a translator.

Responsibilities

Own the revenue P&L across all monetisation lines such as interchange, voucher margin, and partnerships.
Negotiate and close commercial partnerships with brand partners and banks.
Define pricing and unit economics for subscriptions, rewards and new lines.
Launch new revenue lines (funds, insurance, credit) and sequence launches.
Grow monetisation of the existing user base through cross-sell and ARPU improvements.
