BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE in Dubai is seeking a Head of Project Finance to lead its project and structured finance function, overseeing evaluation, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions.

The candidate will design financial structures for large-scale projects, advise on funding strategies, and collaborate with legal teams, clients, lenders, and investors to ensure bankable, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in project finance within law firms, financial institutions, or advisory firms.
• Expertise in project viability evaluation, cash flow modeling, and funding strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in team management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design financial structures for large-scale projects and conduct detailed financial/risk analyses.
• Advise on optimal funding strategies and ensure transactions are bankable and compliant.
