Company Description

BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a Corporate Legal Tech organization operating under the strategic management of the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, provides integrated corporate legal, financial, investment, fundraising, and business management solutions.

BLACKBULL is developing an international fundraising and investment platform headquartered in Dubai, focused on arranging capital for eligible Indian businesses, projects, and asset-backed opportunities.

The platform is designed to connect Indian companies and projects with international investors, family offices, financial institutions, private capital providers, strategic investors, and other funding partners through professionally structured transactions.

Role Description

Director of Fundraising – International Capital & India Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE

Primary Function: International Fundraising, Capital Arrangement & Investment Structuring

BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising who can independently develop international investor relationships and successfully arrange capital for qualified Indian companies and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible not only for generating investor leads, but for originating, structuring, negotiating, and progressing fundraising transactions through to successful financial closure, subject to investor, lender, legal, regulatory, and due-diligence requirements.

The position will operate from Dubai while managing fundraising mandates connected with eligible Indian businesses, projects, properties, and other qualifying assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international investors, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, private credit providers, banks, NBFCs, strategic investors, and institutional capital providers.
• Source and evaluate suitable fundraising opportunities involving Indian companies, businesses, projects, properties, and qualifying assets.
• Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, private credit, strategic investment, and other appropriate funding structures.
• Develop financing structures based on the underlying business cash flow, project economics, asset value, security package, and investor requirements.
• Where commercially and legally feasible, explore asset-backed financing structures for eligible Indian assets, including financing potentially linked to an agreed percentage of independently verified asset value.
• Develop appropriate investor-return structures, including interest, profit-sharing, revenue-sharing, equity participation, or other legally permissible arrangements.
• Coordinate with Indian promoters, management teams, legal advisors, financial advisors, valuers, auditors, and other transaction professionals.
• Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, information memorandums, financial models, project presentations, due-diligence documentation, and investor materials.
• Build a Dubai-based international investor network capable of supporting recurring capital requirements for Indian projects.
• Develop long-term India–UAE investment and strategic collaboration opportunities.
• Establish systems for monitoring deployed capital, project performance, repayment obligations, investor reporting, and agreed financial controls.
• Support development of appropriate PPP, SPV, escrow, security, cash-flow, and governance structures where legally and commercially appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to recycle or recapitalise investment capital through additional eligible projects while maintaining proper investor protections and regulatory compliance.
• Take responsibility for fundraising targets, transaction timelines, investor communication, and execution milestones.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must be a fundraising professional with an established international network and a proven ability to convert investor relationships into actual transactions.

Required Expertise

• 10+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, project finance, private equity, private credit, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment advisory.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully arranging capital for companies or projects.
• Strong international investor and financial-institution relationships.
• Ability to originate investors independently rather than relying solely on company-generated leads.
• Strong understanding of equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, asset-backed financing, and investment structuring.
• Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, presentation, and transaction-management capabilities.
• Ability to understand Indian business assets, property-backed opportunities, corporate cash flows, and project economics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Indian commercial and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid Dubai environment and manage multiple fundraising mandates simultaneously.

BLACKBULL is not seeking a candidate whose role is limited to introducing contacts or generating preliminary leads; the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in capital arrangement, transaction structuring, investor negotiations, and fundraising execution.

All fundraising, investment, asset-backed financing, PPP, escrow, cash-flow control, and cross-border structures will be subject to applicable UAE and Indian laws, regulatory approvals, investor due diligence, asset verification, valuation, and transaction-specific legal documentation.
