Qualifications

• 10+ years of fundraising or related investment experience.
• Proven track record of arranging capital for companies or projects.
• Strong international investor relationships and origination capabilities.
• Ability to structure transactions and manage negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international investors.
• Source and evaluate fundraising opportunities involving Indian assets.
• Arrange equity, debt, and project-finance structures.
• Prepare investment proposals and due-diligence materials.
• Manage fundraising mandates through to financial closure.
