Hydrogen Group is facilitating the recruitment of an Associate or Senior Associate for a Magic Circle law firm based in Dubai. The role focuses on high-profile project finance transactions, advising sponsors, lenders, developers, and government entities on complex infrastructure, energy, and renewable energy projects across the Middle East.

The candidate should have 4-8 PQE and be common law qualified, with a proven track record at a top-tier firm. Regional exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years PQE required.
• Common law qualified (UK, Australia, New Zealand, or other Commonwealth jurisdictions).
• Experience at a Magic Circle, leading international, or top-tier law firm.
• Strong project finance background with exposure to energy, infrastructure, & renewables.
• Middle East experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Advising on sophisticated cross-border financing transactions.
• Representing sponsors, lenders, developers, and government entities.
• Handling high-profile infrastructure and renewable energy project mandates.
