BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, operating with the strategic support of the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is engaged in corporate legal management, Legal Tech, investment structuring, project finance, fundraising, and strategic business development.
The Dubai-based team is developing an international fundraising and investment coordination platform focused on supporting eligible Indian companies and projects through structured capital solutions, international investor relationships, and India–UAE business collaborations.
BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced International Affairs Specialist – Fundraising & Project Investment based in Dubai, UAE, with a proven ability to establish international relationships, develop institutional collaborations, raise capital, and arrange investment for qualified Indian projects.
The specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with UAE and international investors, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, financial institutions, strategic investors, and other legitimate funding sources and connecting suitable capital with eligible Indian businesses and asset-backed projects.
The role will focus exclusively on Indian projects managed and coordinated through the Dubai platform, with Dubai serving as the international relationship, fundraising, and capital coordination hub.
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable track record of raising or arranging capital, rather than only business‑development or relationship‑management experience.
Candidates with practical experience arranging funding against Indian commercial property, business assets, project receivables, operating cash flows, or other legally financeable assets are particularly encouraged to apply.
The role may involve developing financing structures where funding is assessed against an eligible percentage of the underlying asset value or business cash flow. Any financing percentage, return, interest, profit‑sharing arrangement, security, or repayment structure will be subject to independent valuation, due diligence, investor approval, applicable Indian and UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction documentation.
The compensation structure will be designed to recognize professionals who can successfully execute fundraising mandates and complete agreed project objectives, rather than solely generate leads.
This is not a lead‑generation‑only position.
Candidates should be capable of converting qualified opportunities into structured funding proposals and coordinating transactions through the appropriate stages of investor engagement, due diligence, financial structuring, negotiation, documentation, and funding completion.
All fundraising and investment activities will be conducted through appropriate legal, financial, regulatory, and compliance frameworks applicable to the relevant jurisdictions.
