Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Model: Hybrid
Project Focus: Indian Companies, Businesses & Asset-Backed Projects
Employment Type: Project-Based / Full-Time
Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Benefits + Equity Participation, subject to project and company terms

Company Description

BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, operating with the strategic support of the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is engaged in corporate legal management, Legal Tech, investment structuring, project finance, fundraising, and strategic business development.

The Dubai-based team is developing an international fundraising and investment coordination platform focused on supporting eligible Indian companies and projects through structured capital solutions, international investor relationships, and India–UAE business collaborations.

Role Description

BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced International Affairs Specialist – Fundraising & Project Investment based in Dubai, UAE, with a proven ability to establish international relationships, develop institutional collaborations, raise capital, and arrange investment for qualified Indian projects.

The specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with UAE and international investors, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, financial institutions, strategic investors, and other legitimate funding sources and connecting suitable capital with eligible Indian businesses and asset-backed projects.

The role will focus exclusively on Indian projects managed and coordinated through the Dubai platform, with Dubai serving as the international relationship, fundraising, and capital coordination hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain international investor and institutional relationships from Dubai.
  • Identify and secure appropriate funding opportunities for qualified Indian companies and projects.
  • Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, private capital, and strategic investment, subject to applicable laws and investor requirements.
  • Evaluate Indian businesses, projects, properties, and other eligible assets for potential financing structures.
  • Develop funding structures potentially linked to eligible Indian assets, business cash flows, project revenues, interest arrangements, profit‑sharing, or negotiated investment returns.
  • Build India–UAE PPP and strategic collaboration opportunities for project financing and investment.
  • Coordinate due diligence, financial documentation, valuation, transaction structuring, and investor negotiations with relevant professional advisors.
  • Establish a Dubai-based investor network capable of supporting recurring capital requirements for qualifying Indian projects.
  • Develop mechanisms for responsible capital recycling and additional funding against eligible business assets and cash flows, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
  • Coordinate with Indian project owners, financial advisors, legal professionals, investors, and UAE-based stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards for all investor and project information.
  • Deliver agreed fundraising and investment‑arrangement milestones within the committed project timelines.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable track record of raising or arranging capital, rather than only business‑development or relationship‑management experience.

Required Expertise
  • Proven experience in fundraising, project finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, structured finance, or institutional investment.
  • Strong network of investors, family offices, private funds, financial institutions, or strategic investment partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and close funding transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, project feasibility, investment structures, and transaction due diligence.
  • Excellent international communication, negotiation, relationship‑management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently from Dubai while coordinating effectively with Indian project teams.
  • Understanding of India–UAE investment and business relationships is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with UAE-based investors or international capital providers will be a significant advantage.
Asset-Backed Funding Expertise

Candidates with practical experience arranging funding against Indian commercial property, business assets, project receivables, operating cash flows, or other legally financeable assets are particularly encouraged to apply.

The role may involve developing financing structures where funding is assessed against an eligible percentage of the underlying asset value or business cash flow. Any financing percentage, return, interest, profit‑sharing arrangement, security, or repayment structure will be subject to independent valuation, due diligence, investor approval, applicable Indian and UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction documentation.

Performance & Compensation
  • Fixed Salary
  • Performance‑Based Incentives
  • Project/Transaction-Based Benefits
  • Potential Equity Participation, subject to company policy, project contribution, and mutually agreed terms.

The compensation structure will be designed to recognize professionals who can successfully execute fundraising mandates and complete agreed project objectives, rather than solely generate leads.

Important Requirement

This is not a lead‑generation‑only position.

Candidates should be capable of converting qualified opportunities into structured funding proposals and coordinating transactions through the appropriate stages of investor engagement, due diligence, financial structuring, negotiation, documentation, and funding completion.

All fundraising and investment activities will be conducted through appropriate legal, financial, regulatory, and compliance frameworks applicable to the relevant jurisdictions.
