Job summary

BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, based in Dubai, seeks a Senior Business Partner to lead fundraising and project finance for Indian opportunities. You will originate and execute deals, structure funding, and negotiate terms with diverse financial partners from Dubai and beyond.

The role requires strong execution capabilities, a wide investor network, and the ability to coordinate transactions through closing, while operating from Dubai in a hybrid, project-based capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, project finance, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Based in Dubai, able to originate and execute opportunities.
• Ability to structure funding proposals and coordinate transactions through financial closure.

Responsibilities

• Source and arrange funding for Indian companies, projects and assets.
• Develop relationships with Dubai/UAE-based investors and funds.
• Build an international investor network linking Dubai capital with Indian opportunities.
• Evaluate capital structures, asset backing, cash flows and returns.
• Structure debt, equity, project finance and asset-backed funding arrangements.
• Coordinate proposals, models, diligence, term sheets and documentation.
