Prospect Health is partnering with a large UAE healthcare network to recruit a Head of Section - Patient Access in Dubai. You will lead cross-functional patient access operations, focusing on registration, scheduling and admission processes to ensure efficient, patient-centered service across multiple hospitals and centers.

The role requires 8–10 years in healthcare settings, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in healthcare setting.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing front desk operations in a large healthcare system.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient access operations across facilities.
• Ensure efficient and patient-friendly registration, scheduling and admission processes.
• Establish and maintain high standards for data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor patient access performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support revenue cycle integrity by ensuring accurate patient information and registrations.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, financial and operational teams to improve patient flow and experience.
• Lead, develop and support patient access teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Promote Patient First values throughout patient access processes.
