Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in UAE.
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary-market properties.
• Strong communication, client-service, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, target-driven approach and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Professionalism and persistence in helping clients find the right property.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate and follow up on leads, and develop a strong client pipeline.
• Arrange property viewings and guide clients through the buying process.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through to closing.
• Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s monthly results.
• Stay up to date with the UAE property market, including off-plan and secondary-market opportunities.
