Job Title: Off-Plan Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to grow our Off-Plan department in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s primary real estate market, established developer relationships, proven experience managing a high-performing sales team, and the ability to recruit, coach, and develop experienced agents while driving consistent revenue growth.

This role requires a hands-on leader who understands project launches, developer relationships, investor behavior, lead conversion, team performance, negotiation, and the day-to-day realities of Dubai’s off-plan market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estatemanaging or leading a real estate sales team.
• Proven track record of closing off-plan transactions.
• Strong relationships with Dubai developers and good knowledge of current and upcoming projects.
• Strong understanding of investor profiles, payment plans, ROI considerations, project positioning, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing agents.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
