Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of Dubai's premier dining destinations. You will inspire your team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive commercial success through strong operations and people leadership.

The role requires at least 3 years in premium restaurants, a passion for coaching, outstanding communication, HACCP knowledge, budgeting, and a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of 3 years working in premium restaurants.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven experience achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating people.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong operational discipline with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, team management, budgeting, and restaurant operations.
• Experience within lifestyle or award winning restaurant concepts is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an asset.
