Job summary

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency Dubai is seeking a Sales Head to lead our IT volume distribution business across the UAE and GCC. This is a high-velocity, margin-disciplined role focused on scaling reseller coverage, driving sell-through, and building a data-driven sales engine.

You will direct a large transactional sales team, expand reseller base, and align with supply chain, finance, and marketing to optimize margins and inventory turns.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of B2B sales, with at least 5–7 years in UAE/GCC ICT distribution (volume/SMB/mid-market).
• Led large transactional sales teams (15–30+ reps) with measurable performance improvements.
• Deep experience in IT volume lines and reseller/channel management across UAE and GCC.
• Strong commercial acumen: margin management, discount governance, credit/risk control, and accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, gross margin, and market share targets for IT volume lines (PCs/laptops, printers, storage, basic networking, peripherals, consumables).
• Build and lead a large transactional sales team (inside + field), setting clear KPIs and dashboards.
• Expand and activate reseller base across UAE and GCC; drive repeat-buy programs and partner segmentation.
• Implement discount governance, credit/risk controls, and pricing strategies to protect margins while growing volume.
• Partner with supply chain, finance, and marketing to optimize inventory turns, promotions, and sell-through analytics.
• Establish a strong and predictable sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
• Hire, mentor, and coach sales managers and reps; improve quota attainment, ramp time, and retention.
