Location: Abu Dhabi Duration: Yearly renewable contract

Job Summary: The Operations Head will oversee the end-to-end operations of the TAMM platform, ensuring the smooth functioning of all platform services, compliance with SLAs, and real-time monitoring of platform health. The role is responsible for managing proactive monitoring tools, implementing alerting mechanisms, and ensuring effective incident management processes. The Operations Head will also drive security, business continuity, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain platform availability and resilience, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Language: Arabic is preferred; English is Mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in an operations management role, with a strong focus on IT operations, platform monitoring, and incident management.

Skills

• Proven ability in real-time platform monitoring, incident response, security management, and compliance with SLAs. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong consulting background
• Experience in technology consulting (e.g. BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, PwC, EY, etc.) or experience with leading technology companies (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.)
