Job summary

Justlife in Dubai is hiring a Head Housekeeping Trainer to own the training and quality standard across thousands of professionals across the network. You’ll design learning programs, coach in the field, and use data to lift the customer experience.

You’ll lead a team of 8–10 Trainers, drive category NPS, and partner with Quality, Operations and Customer Experience to close skill gaps. The role requires 5+ years in housekeeping/hospitality training or related leadership, and strong English

Qualifications

• 5+ years in housekeeping/hospitality training or a related leadership role.
• Strong coaching and communication in English; knowledge of Hindi, Nepali, or Tagalog is a plus.
• You read data, identify gaps, and take action to improve training and outcomes.
• Calm, organized, and effective in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and raise the quality standards and training across thousands of professionals.
• Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers with clear goals and coached performance.
• Design and continuously improve training across housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety.
• Run quality checks and on-site coaching to ensure standards hold across the network.
• Turn training data and customer feedback into measurable improvements in service quality and NPS.
• Standardize how training is delivered, documented, and reported across the network.
