Job summary

Neatly in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to drive quality, training and supply chain management across residential and holiday homes.

You will conduct on-site coaching, oversee chemicals, equipment and inventory, and ensure SOPs are followed. You will lead multicultural teams, report weekly on quality and training, and coordinate logistics with drivers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
• Experience managing multicultural teams.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field visits and quality inspections.
• Coach and retrain staff on site.
• Manage chemicals, equipment and consumables inventory.
• Coordinate with drivers for replenishment and logistics.
• Ensure SOPs and checklists are followed.
