Job summary

PropertyDynamix in Dubai seeks a Head of Enterprise Partnerships to own relationships with the UAE's top developers and brokerages, shaping strategic alliances and revenue growth.

You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales, engage with CEOs and pricing heads, and collaborate with product on onboarding and security, while building a scalable team.

This leadership role offers direct impact on product decisions and growth, plus equity and expatriate benefits in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in UAE real estate, proptech, or enterprise software sold to developers.
• Proven track record of closing large accounts and building a network.
• Comfort with pricing, absorption and data-led selling.
• Ability to interpret data to guide pricing decisions.

ABOUT PROPERTYDYNAMIX

PropertyDynamix is a real estate pricing intelligence platform for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We turn the official DLD register into pricing decisions: unit-level PSF configuration, strategy simulation, and market-backed recommendations from MOIRA, our assistant.

THE ROLE

You will own our relationships with the largest developers and brokerages in the UAE. These are the people who set prices for thousands of units. Your job is to put PropertyDynamix in front of them and make it part of how they decide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the enterprise pipeline end to end, from first meeting to signed multi-project agreements


• Work directly with CEOs, heads of sales and heads of pricing at developers


• Shape the enterprise offer with our product team: onboarding, security review and organisation-level accounts


• Build and lead a team around you as the pipeline grows


• Report monthly on pipeline, wins and losses, with the reasons and the counts behind each figure

WHAT YOU BRING

• 12+ years in UAE real estate, proptech, or enterprise software sold to developers


• A record of closing large accounts and a network


• Comfort with pricing, absorption and data-led selling (you do not need to code)


• The judgment to say what the data shows and what

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary: AED 50,000 to 65,000 per month
