HomeSeek Real Estate LLC is an established boutique real estate brokerage based in a fully fitted, premium office space in Business Bay, Dubai. We are entering our next phase of growth and seeking an entrepreneurial industry leader to take full, end-to-end ownership of operations, business development, and team scaling.

The Role:

We are looking for a Managing Partner / General Manager to run the brokerage from A to Z. This is an executive, high-autonomy partnership role designed for a proven real estate professional who wants to build and scale a business with no limits. There is no base salary, but it offers an exceptional financial upside through lucrative commissions on personal transactions and a direct share of company profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day brokerage operations, administration, and regulatory compliance (RERA/DED).


• Drive personal sales transactions and close high-value secondary and off-plan deals.


• Formulate and execute growth strategies, establish developer relations, and expand market presence in Dubai.


• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents as the company scales.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record (5+ years) in Dubai real estate sales and brokerage management.


• Strong entrepreneurial drive, leadership skills, and the ability to operate with complete autonomy.


• Existing network of investors, clients, and developer contacts in the UAE market.


• Deep understanding of Dubai real estate laws and market dynamics.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: AED 0 (Partnership & Performance Model)


• Profit Share: Substantial percentage of company net profit
