PropertyDynamix in Dubai seeks a Head of Enterprise Partnerships to own relationships with the UAE's top developers and brokerages, shaping strategic alliances and revenue growth.

You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales, engage with CEOs and pricing heads, and collaborate with product on onboarding and security, while building a scalable team.

This leadership role offers direct impact on product decisions and growth, plus equity and expatriate benefits in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in UAE real estate, proptech, or enterprise software sold to developers.
• Proven track record of closing large accounts and building a network.
• Comfort with pricing, absorption and data-led selling.
• Ability to interpret data to guide pricing decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the enterprise pipeline end-to-end from first meeting to signed agreements.
• Work with CEOs, heads of sales and pricing at developers.
• Shape the enterprise offer with product: onboarding, security review, and org-level accounts.
• Build and lead a team as the pipeline grows.
• Report monthly on pipeline, wins and losses with reasons.
